Ugali is common food in Kenya, severed in the most
hotel and preferred by many. however, if not well cooked can be poisonous, i
mean cause stomach ache.
Here is how to cook Ugali.
Ingredients: maize flour, clean water
1. Step one,
boil water to 100 degrees, then
2. Add flour to the boiling water
and stir gently
3. Cook and stir for 5-10 until
it mixes well.
that is it, your ugali will be ready to serve. this meal can be served with
Meat, vegetables,chicken etc
